Our Solution

Projects We Facilitate

Our projects facilitate risk management, proactive capital allocation and customer assistance to help clients meet the ESG requirements within their buildings. Through modern design and aggregated procurement, we also enable innovative and contemporary technologies to proactively maintain assets. Extending asset life cycle to ensure maximum asset life cycle is achieved brings value to our customers’ assets differentiating Apeiron Assets from our competitors.

Recharge expenses

Apeiron is able to recharge balance sheets on building assets, provided that it has been less than one year since the asset was installed and commissioned. Terms and conditions apply, please contact us directly for more information.

1

Whole-of-Lifecycle Optimisation

By replacing ‘aged’ hard technical plant and equipment (operating beyond their useful economic life) Apeiron Assets can deliver customers Opex savings from Day one, and enhance building operations, tenant amenity, energy/water performance and ESG. Through years of capturing operational data, this knowledge blended with an Analytical monitoring platform enables us to maintain new infrastructure well beyond the parameters of normal asset life expectancy. Through this deep understanding we’re able to offer compelling long term, comprehensive wrapped solutions that captures a blended finance approach augmented to ensure an extended whole-of-life outcome which is a win-win for stakeholders alike.

2

Sustainable Asset Management

By de-capitalising rollout of new ‘cutting edge’ PropTech across a property portfolio, we help our customers make their buildings smarter quicker by prioritising the optimisation of the asset’s performance, the operational model of the building owner and the tenant’s user experience. This fast-tracks carbon neutrality of property portfolios and further supports ESG goals mandated by Customers’ C-suite and Board of Directors. This transforms your hard technical assets from a cost sink to a valuable weapon helping you gain competitive advantage by future-proofing and managing ‘smart buildings that delight their building occupants and are carbon neutral.
